Return & Refund Policy
At Trotter Co., each item is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipment.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
